It's been 4 weeks since my hubby and I started our weight loss competition. I'm happy to say I've lost 4.5 pounds. :)
But the whole "eating healthy" is getting harder to stick with. I did exceedingly well the first 3 weeks, but this past week . . . .ugh. I'd rather not talk about it.
This tends to be my pattern with eating though. I do really good and then have a hard time keeping it up over the long run. Of course, it didn't help that we started our competition right before Thanksgiving and Christmas. Sooooo much temptation!!
However, I'm doing AWESOME at the gym and have gotten into a regular routine there. I'm proud of that. We'll see how it goes over the next 4 weeks!
