My Squirrel Wedding Cake Topper

Alrighty all! As promised, I have pics of my finished squirrel wedding cake topper! The gal who ordered this wanted the squirrels to be free standing (meaning, no base). I'm really pleased with how they turned out!

They both are about 4 1/2 inches tall and have tails made from a feather boa.

A Custom Order

Sometimes I get unusual requests. I'm an unusual gal, what can I say? But this one was pretty off kilter for what I normally do. If you've seen my plush, you know it's pretty much creepy. A little cute, but mostly creepy. So I get a convo from a gal who'd like me to do a squirrel wedding cake topper. Yep. Squirrels. She saw one of my plush squirrels on craftster and wanted to know if I'd do a wedding cake topper. Well, I'm always up for a challenge so I said 'sure'!

I'm doing 2 squirrels in chocolate brown felt with feather tails ('cause feathers are more light weight than faux fur!). One will have a bow tie, and one will have a wee veil! They'll both measue around 4.5 inches tall.
