
We see all the pink, numerous companies donate a percentage of their sales this month to breast cancer research, and there's the Race for the Cure.
Tons of exposure.
But I think what most women fail to realize, is also the most important.
Self breast exams.
They're so easy to do, take less than 5 minutes a month, and could potentially save your life. Isn't your life worth 5 minutes a month?
The answer to that would be yes.

I do self exams. And last January I found a lump. Several mammograms, an ultrasound, and a biopsy showed it to be a large fibroid.
Thank God.
I can't tell you how scary that was. So be proactive about your health. And save your tatas.
